Briar Rabbit back in action in Ann Arbor.

After doing his back to back shows in Michigan, returning to his hometown, Phillip-Micheal Scales played a show in Royal Oak, a Bloomfield Hills native. The Goldfish Te Room had Briar Rabbit put on an acoustic set with friend Yellowbirddd and Adrienne Edson.

We were lucky enough to catch his last show in Michigan before he left for the rest of his tour heading towards Ohio. We met at  Crazy Wisdom Tea Room in Ann Arbor. You could feel the vibrance and warmth in the room, which when the music started to play it all came together in it's own energy. You saw Phillip walk around before his set and talk to the people around sitting observing what the rest of the set might bring. You could tell how he performed that he gets all these emotions out and his voice really grabs the listener in to hear the story telling of the song. His guitar is melodic and creates a whole atmosphere of good energy and upbeat rhythm.

He makes plans to come back to Michigan very soon. We will keep ourselves updated on any new tour dates.
